Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, for returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs at a standard rate of Rs250 per parcel. We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible while maintaining transparency regarding associated expenses. What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
Please keep checking the tracking ID for live updates on your parcel. In the event of returns due to a shipping error from our side, we will arrange for the package to be sent back to us at no additional cost to you. If there are any issues with delivery, the delivery service will make three attempts to deliver the package. We will notify you once we receive the return and keep you updated on the reshipping details. Please note that reshipping may take longer than normal shipping time due to the nature of the return process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
